Ship your hat along with the completed form to our mailing address: PO BOX 542, Merritt, BC V1K 1B8
Each hat renovation is done by hand and, depending on the work required, may take time. Please allow 3-4 months for the renovation of your hat after your order arrives and is confirmed by Hat Doctor. This does not include shipping time. Rush orders are available. For urgent requests, please contact us before shipping to arrange a rush service.

International Orders and Customs Instructions

We welcome renovation orders from around the world! If you’re shipping internationally, please contact us BEFORE sending your hat. Be sure to mark your parcel and shipping documents as “TEMPORARY EXPORT FOR REPAIRS”. Should Canadian duty, taxes or additional tariffs by Canada customs be issued, these fees will be added to your invoice along with shipping and handling charges.
